To initiate a return or exchange for a product that does not align with the specified specifications or fails to meet your expectations, kindly submit a request within 7 days of the delivery date. 2. Returns are not applicable for fabrics measuring below 2 meters. If still desired, the return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.
3. The product must be unwashed, unused, and unstitched.

5. Both the return and delivery addresses must match.
6. Customized products are not eligible for returns.
7. If the product is damaged during shipment, return it without incurring any shipping fees.

9. Size replacements are not accepted.
