CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
– Cancellation Window: Customers have the option to cancel orders within the initial 24 hours of placement. Beyond this timeframe, orders are expedited to our warehouse for swift processing and cannot be canceled.
– Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Our lack of control over the package post-dispatch prohibits any cancellation intervention.
– Refund Process: Refunds are initiated promptly, typically within 2-3 days of receiving the returned product. Approval from our team is a prerequisite for the refund process.
