RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

To initiate a return or exchange for a product that does not align with the specified specifications or fails to meet your expectations, kindly submit a request within 7 days of the delivery date. Send an email to help@bigreams.com, including your order number in the subject, images highlighting areas of concern on the fabric, and a brief write-up.

Terms and Conditions:

1. We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee on our products.

2. Returns are not applicable for fabrics measuring below 2 meters. If still desired, the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. The product must be unwashed, unused, and unstitched.

4. Ensure the return includes the original packaging.

5. Both the return and delivery addresses must match.

6. Customized products are not eligible for returns.

7. If the product is damaged during shipment, return it without incurring any shipping fees.

8. If dissatisfied with the product, feel free to return it to your doorstep. In this case, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

9. Size replacements are not accepted.

10. Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

11. The return fees will be equally shared between the customer and the company, with each party responsible for 50% of the shipping cost.

 

ALTERATION POLICY

At Bigreams, we are committed to delivering bespoke, customizable products tailored to your unique measurements. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our alteration policy below:

  1. Alterations Applicable Only to Your Original Order:
    Alterations are offered exclusively for the product you have ordered. We do not provide alterations for items exchanged or replaced.
  2. Limitations on Alterations:
    While we strive to accommodate all alteration requests, in some cases, it may not be possible to alter certain products due to design, fabric, or structural limitations. If your item cannot be altered to meet the requested measurements, we regret that we cannot provide a replacement or an exchange product.
  3. Alteration Timelines:
    Please submit your alteration request within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests beyond this period may not be accepted.
